Joomla 1.5 После установки JoomSEF не работает модуль Контакты (Ошибка 500)

Уважаемые знатоки!

После установки и настройки JoomSEF в Joomla не работает стр. контактов, а именно сама форма отправки обратной связи. Ошибка 500. Все остальное - ОК.

Вот мой .htaccess:
