Joomla 1.5 Некорректное отображение сайта в IE

Доброе время суток. У меня некорректно отображается сайт в IE после заливки на хостинг. Копалась в файлах и пока до сих пор не могу понять в чем причина.
Подскажите, плиз, что можно с этим сделать.

вот весь код и ничего подозрительного в нем не нашла (((

 

то есть насколько я поняла нужно переимновать файл из htaccess.txt в .htaccess. Но у меня уже есть файл .htaccess.

 

А по теме Даша, у вас проблема именно с шаблоном в IE. Так что сначала сюда если проблемы в IE8, если не помогло тогда вам в файл /templates/rt_refraction_j15/css/template_ie7.css, а там уже ручками подправлять.

 

Помогите разобраться. IE8 не видит статьи на сайте, а также картинки. Вместо них пишет следующее: <!--[endif]-->
Скачал и установил рекомендованный плагин, не помогло.

 

Тоже страдаю с IE в поздних версия шаблон пускается в пляс, а с 7 и т. д. успокаивается, только кнопочки шалят.

Ну, очень хочется узнать способ решения неадекватного поведения IE.
Ладно в старых "jQuery" - определение отсутствует...
Модуль совсем не помогает, на условные комментарии не реагирует живет себе своей жизнью...
Или я его готовить не умею...
Есть ли справочники или литература по адаптации CSS к IE ?

 

У меня похожая ситуация была, я поменял Doctype на <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Strict//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-strict.dtd"> и все стало на место. Коряво было тоже только в IE
