htaccess Вопрос , сайт не работает

На Joomla 3.1 переименовал .htaccess, сделал как все положено.
вот он

Перекодировал в UTF-8

сайт не работает на хостинге,
на компе работает. Убираю .htaccess, сайт работает

положил .htaccess с другого сайта с джомлы 2.5. сайт работает

Что надо подправить ?

Всем спасибо перекодировал UTF-8 без БОМ заработало.
