Люди помогите включить модуль mod_revrite

Модуль на сервере включен сто процентов.Подскажыте теперь как включить через ..htaccess - он у меня полностью пустой.

Дописываю такие строчки

1. RewriteEngine on
2. Options +FollowSymlinks

Появляется ошибка
