Joomla 1.5 каракули вместо контента

на сайте то все нормально,то одни каракули вместо контента. Подскажите что за фигня пожалуйста

В .htaccess присутствует строка?

1. AddDefaultCharset UTF-8

 

возможно сервер принудительно загружает кодировку win1251. Выясните у хостера этот момент. Я так излечился от подобной проблемы, а именно - через админку хостера изменил кодировку на utf8

 

нет такой строки
и куда ее впиндюрить?

поменял,вроде заработала.спасибо

не, снова каракули то появляются, то исчезают.
