Перенос сайта и ошибка сервера

Доброе время суток, хотел перенести сайт (сделаный на Joomla CMS) на сервер,но возникла ошибка.
Архивирую сайт(кроме файла конфигураций) и заливаю архив на сервер в папку public_html, затем
заливаю скрипт-распаковшик ( unzip и pclzip.lib). ставлю права на unzip,public_html 777.
при запросе unzip (http://www.studies-world.ru/unzip.php) браузер выдает ошибку 500 :

"Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@studies-world.ru and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

Обращался к хостингу. Вот что они сказали:

Мы не консультируем по вопросам программного кода.
Обратитесь на форумы программистов.
А ошибка видимо из за кода в файле .htaccess, лежащего в корне сайта.

Распаковывал,стандартным, через сипанель, делал ипорт БД и настраивал файл конфигурации,ошибка та же

Переносил просто файлы сайта через фтп,ошибка та же

 

да,домен и хостинг приклеены)) хорошо,попробую чистую джумлу поставить

 

поставил чистую джумлу, ошибка та же, файл htaccess попробовал удалить, ничего не изменилось

 

У меня точно такая же фигня - как с этой проблемой разобрались-то?
