Joomla 1.0 experts please help i need opinions about vbulletraffic storm...

i newely joined this nice forum and evidently its my first participation at this board..
anyhow, I'm looking for gurus reviews regarding an auto posting software for vbulletin boards known as vbulletin traffic storm... can I actually grab posts from other boards and send them to my forum? and is it better than ScrapeBoard? in terms of PMs sender and advanced options such as, threading and multi-tasking.
any ideas from this great community is cool. I will be reading and taking your answers and thoughts carefully. as I'm seriously considering buying it...
